6 story, 17,000 sq. ft. vertical extension was completed in July, 2020. This full gut renovation contains 5 full floor offices and 1 retail. This project required removing 2 stories of the existing 4 story building. Reinforcing and part replacement of the foundation, while working closely with the MTA. Once the reinforcing of the existing structure was complete, we added an additional 4 stories to complete this beautiful 6 story office building.
